We are looking for a senior level reliability engineer and consultant. Highly effective coach and mentor skilled in training others in Baker Hughes reliability methodologies and approaches.

As a Senior Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:

Being an expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks.

Showing ability to effectively delegate work and providing oversight and mentoring team members.

Demonstrating the ability to make informed technology choices after due diligence and impact assessment.

Understanding whole product its services and the interrelationship between them while being an expert in the assigned component or service.

Serving as subject matter expert (SME) on one or more major services. Possesses advanced domain knowledge and shows great customer focus.

Promoting availability scalability latency and efficiency by proactively sharing impact of software design choices on system operations.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Math).

Have at least 8 years of professional experience.

Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory for cross-border communication and client-facing roles (CET-6 大学英语六级 College English Test Band 6).

Be willing to travel as required. (up to 25%).
