-Good knowledge of WLD production processes equipment and manufacturing

technologies

熟悉WLD生产流程设备及制造技术

-Good knowledge of key component manufacturing processes

Qualifications :

-Experience with FMEA Control Plan CPK CMK and MSA

具备FMEAControl PlanCPKCMK及MSA相关经验

-Proficient in applying quality tools (e.g. 8D) to solve manufacturing quality issues

especially in armature production lines

熟练运用质量工具如8D解决制造质量问题尤其是电枢产线质量问题

-Strong project management capability

具备较强的项目管理能力

-Good coordination communication and presentation skills

具备良好的沟通协调及表达能力

-Drive base motor outsourcing initiatives

推进基础电机外包项目

-Support internal driver production activities

支持内部驱动器生产相关工作

-Plan and coordinate global delivery of products and services from China
