Were looking for a procurement leader to transform a US$250M indirect spend portfolio across 13 countries and 11 manufacturing sites in APAC.

What you will do:

• Lead indirect procurement strategy across APAC.

• Drive value creation standardization supplier consolidation and procurement governance.

• Partner with Operations Engineering Supply Chain Manufacturing and Finance leaders across the region.

• Lead and develop a team of 5 procurement professionals.

• Drive adoption of regional strategies and ensure execution across sites and countries.

• Ownership of business outcomes not just sourcing activities.

You are well suited for the role if you:

• Have led large regional procurement portfolios across multiple countries.

• Can influence senior stakeholders without relying on authority.

• Are comfortable challenging the status quo and driving change.

• Have experience in manufacturing industrial or similarly complex environments.

• Think like a business leader not only a procurement expert.
