Senior Interior Engineer

• R&D work in Interior components design and development such as seats IP door panels ceiling carpet etc...
• Familiar with the whole development process from concept to prototype to SOP;
• Provide FMEA DTS PD RFQ and other engineering documents.
• Effectively Work with suppliers SQE Purchasing and other cross-function team to meet the timing plan and quality.
• Focus on the cost and performance target using creative mind to solve issues and save cost.
• Familiar and ensure verification or homologation tests of exterior system can meet all legal requirements   
• Proficient in modeling different modules of Catia: DMU GSD

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in engineering or relevant major                                
• Minimum 5 years working experience in interior components design and developmentsuch as seats IP door panels trims ceiling carpet etc...
• Familiar with vehicle development process and deliveries at every key gate. 
• Catia is a must and have knowledge about the data and drawing freezing process.     
• Provide FMEADTSPDRFQ and other engineering documents.                           
• Effectively Work with suppliers SQE Purchasing and other cross function team to meet the timing plan and quality.                                              
• Focus on the cost and performance target using creative mind to solve issues and save cost              
• Familiar and ensure verification or homologation tests of exterior system can meet all legal requirements.                                              
• English: verbal communication possible
