Essential Job Functions:
Support the companys business advisory and development strategy by actively contributing to its execution.
Manage a team of business development professionals providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
Develop and nurture client relationships seeking opportunities to expand services and meet client needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities collaborating with senior leaders to drive market expansion.
Share market insights to identify innovative ideas that can expand business opportunities.
Assist the sales and marketing teams in achieving their targets by providing valuable input.
Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales and business development efforts supporting the team in achieving targets.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically 7 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Proven experience in driving business development and advisory initiatives
Proficiencies in sales strategies market analysis and technology trends
A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology advancements
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g. Sales Leadership Sales Enablement Business Development) are a plus
