To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Quotation Engineer located in Shanghai WGQ.

Reporting to the Program Manager.

What a typical day looks like:

• 负责RFQ报价全过程管理包括BOM建立客户技术资料包的管理与转发钣金件报价模具报价采购件询价以及物流/仓储成本汇总
• 协调采购工程供应链及生产团队确保报价项目按计划完成并满足客户要求的时间节点
• 根据客户RFQ资料评估定义并建立产品BOMBill of Materials
• 进行成本测算数据分析及BOM成本维护
• 评审产品图纸和技术规范识别关键工艺技术风险及主要成本驱动因素
• 根据产品工艺生命周期产量及技术要求制定最佳成本方案
• 协助钣金件模具表面处理及采购件询价工作并进行成本分析报价整理及供应商报价评估
• 编制项目成本分析报告利润分析报告及管理层汇报资料
• 参与销售项目管理及客户报价策略讨论制定合理报价方案
• 支持销售及项目团队开展商务谈判通过成本拆解Should Cost分析利润测算及报价策略分析为价格决策和客户谈判提供数据依据
• 跟踪报价状态及项目关闭情况确保RFQ顺利完成

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• 本科及以上学历机械工程工业工程制造工程等相关专业

• 3年以上制造业报价成本分析相关经验
• EMS服务器通信设备数据中心设备储能柜或钣金行业经验优先
• 有RFQ项目报价经验优先
• 熟悉钣金加工Sheet Metal Fabrication冲压Stamping焊接Welding表面处理Painting / Powder Coating / Plating产品组装Assembly等工艺
