Quick Response Product Developer

Translate commercial briefs into tangible products by co-creating product briefs negotiating with factories and steering the production process. You are the linchpin in achieving the 14-day production turnaround.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brief Co-creation: Co-create product briefs together with the Commercial Lead based on trend data and commercial needs.
• Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate with factories on prices timelines and quality standards to secure the 14-day lead time.
• Production Steering: Curate samples and steer the production process to ensure timely delivery.
• Logistics: Oversee product delivery and logistics to ensure products hit the market on time.

Key KPIs:

• Added topline sales.
• Number of product drops delivered.
• Impuls products go-in margin.

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in product development and production.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships under tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of garment manufacturing sourcing and supply chain logistics.
