Purchasing Analyst

YOUR TASKS
1. 支持项目采购以及战略采购工作包括市场信息收集数据分析价格调整相关文件准备等
2. 负责订单询价告知和相关表格的准备填写等工作以已给指导作为基础为后续订单提供配给工作
3. 确保供应商能够按时送货协助主管上级或同事的紧急工作例如时刻掌握运送途中的任何差别或是相关损坏并将情况向主管或同事汇报确保相关票据的准确性如果出现偏差则需要跟进修改
4. 采购新项目的RFQ 跟进催料工作
5. 维护系统数据包括模具数据库等
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1. 本科或以上学历至少1年相关工作经验有制造业经验者优先考虑
2. 良好的文字水平和沟通协调能力
3. 有ERP系统的操作经验如SAP
4. 熟练掌握办公软件的运用
5. 良好的英语读写能力口语佳者优先
