YOUR TASKS

• As Project Manager youimplement projects in the product development involving all requiredmulti-local resources to meet the customer requirements.
  在产品研发过程中与公司内部各相关部门沟通协调统筹资源满足客户需求保证项目顺利进行
• You harmonize and define thetechnical requirements with the customer in the form of defined projectdescriptions.
  根据已定义的项目描述与客户协调并确定技术要求
• You are responsible for theagreed targets in terms of project quality costs and timing with the clientusing existing methods by arrangement with the relevant or superiordepartments.
  根据实际情况协调安排相关部门的工作确保项目在质量成本和时间方面都能达到既定的目标
• You plan internal andexternal capacities involve in appointing the team members taking account ofthe individual potentials and competences and assign the work packages.
  合理计划内外部的资源包括根据个人的潜质和能力指定团队成员及分派工作包
• You assure the systematicrelationship with internal and external clients and special departments to beinvolved.
  协调公司内部人员客户和特殊部门的沟通
• You make the projectcontrolling in the form of reviews finaland intermediate reports withthe clients on the basis of agreed quality costs and deadline targets.

• You make-or-buy decisions inthe context of the project operatingequipment investments etc. incooperation with the project team or project purchasing by arrangement with thesuperior.

• Proactive andearly escalation when deviations from targets occur; illustrating existingalternative
  solutions incollaboration with the project team and alignment with stakeholders

• Major in science andengineering.
  理工科相关专业
• 3 years working experienceespecially in manufactural projects.
  3年以上工作经验特别是制造类项目
• Management experience ofmultiple projects and know how to co-work with multinational teams.
  具有多项目管理经验擅长处理多国家团队合作项目
• Good at written and verbalEnglishgoodlogic thinking.
  良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力
