Project Manager

Job Summary:
Emerson is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful execution of natural gas projects and skid-based solutions within our PRM China organization. This role is responsible for endtoend project deliveryfrom early project engagement through final handoverwhile ensuring safety quality schedule adherence and financial performance. Working closely with customers partners and crossfunctional teams you will play a key role in delivering value strengthening customer trust and contributing to Emersons commitment to sustainable and reliable energy solutions.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead and manage natural gas projects across the full project lifecycle ensuring contractual commitments are met from project pursuit through delivery.

• Support earlystage project activities including scope clarification change management commercial terms and alignment with customer and partner expectations.

• Manage technical and commercial variations to enhance customer satisfaction and support margin improvement.

• Maintain regular transparent communication with customers providing project status updates identifying risks and proactively addressing concerns.

• Deliver project outcomes aligned with key performance indicators related to safety quality profitability and schedule.

• Develop and execute project plans covering scope resources budget schedule milestones and deliverables in line with Emerson project management practices.

• Coordinate internal and external resources including thirdparty inspections factory acceptance testing commissioning and site acceptance activities.

• Identify assess and manage project risks and issues implementing mitigation actions to reduce potential impact.

• Lead project meetings reporting and stakeholder communications in a clear professional and timely manner.

• Build strong collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across sales engineering operations finance quality and supply chain.

• Organize and maintain project documentation to ensure effective knowledge sharing and compliance.

• Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned knowledge sharing and active participation in the Project Management Office community.

• Take ownership of personal development and support Emersons culture of learning and growth.

For This Role You Will Need:

• A bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

• Solid experience in project management and engineering ideally within EPC or turnkey projects related to natural gas or energy infrastructure.

• Working knowledge of project scheduling tools such as MS Project and structured project planning methodologies.

• Ability to manage budgets timelines and stakeholder expectations in complex project environments.

• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English with the ability to present information clearly to varied audiences.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience working with quality environmental and safety management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

• Project management certification (such as PMP) or equivalent practical project leadership experience.
