Job Summary
- Guide GTM organization to ensure solid project management (process roles meetings communication)
- Support and accompany highly complex projects e.g. initial project set-up planning and collaboration model (e.g. SCRUM) problem solving mechanism etc.
- Support and accompany projects for Audits (internal and external)
- Develop maintain and enforce project management trainings (incl. PS) together w/ GTMs to ensure continuous competency ramp-up of CoC
- Act as central owner for engineering data quality in relevant tools of PMS and ensure high-quality engineering data
- Act as main interface to QMM department ensuring the right man-mapping from ENG side for each problem case
Qualifications :
- High level of ownership and energy
- Project management expert
- Excellent soft skills to build-up good relationship w/ GTM organization and other stakeholders like CA and PMO
- Structured but pragmatic working style
