Duties & Responsibilities

Lead planning execution and coordination to ensure on-time delivery budget adherence and alignment with technical/quality/cost goals.

Develop project plans (milestones resources risk control); track progress and resolve deviations

Manage supply chains: evaluate suppliers monitor material delivery and control costs.

Lead BOM maintenance with R&D/supply chain for production and cost control accuracy.

Monitor project quality/cost/timelines; identify risks and implement mitigation plans.

Refine project management processes and document learnings for future projects

Qualification & Requirements

35 years PM experience in optical transceivers or relevant; preferred: 400G/800G datacommunication or coherent modules.

Proven full product life cycle experience (successful R&D-to-post-maintenance module project).

Cross-functional team management; conflict resolution and goal-driven.

Proficient in Microsoft Project Jira (plan development progress tracking reporting).

Excellent communication: engage teams/suppliers/demand side and resolve conflicts.

Strong execution/resilience; managing parallel tasks and emergencies.

Strong English (technical document reading; international communication a plus).
