Program Director

As aProgram Directorhere at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of the China UOP Projects portfolio. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving program performance. Your strong leadership skills strategic thinking and ability to drive results will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywells customer programs.

You will report directly to the Vice President of Global Engineering and Projects for UOPand youll work out of ourShanghai Chinalocation.

Process Technology (PT) is a Strategic Business Group at Honeywell focused on delivering technologydriven solutions that enable customers to improve energy efficiency sustainability and operational performance in processintensive industries. The business provides advanced process technologies digital solutions and domain expertise to help customers optimize energy usage reduce emissions and support sustainable operations across industrial and energy markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the execution of projects
• Manage a portfolio of customer programs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices
• Monitor and control projects portfolio performance including schedule cost and quality
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management or related roles
• Strong leadership and 5 years of team management experience
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
