1团队管理与技术领导 / Team Management & Technical Leadership

直接管理45名高级产品工程师Senior Product Engineers

Directly manage 45 Senior Product Engineers

分配项目资源设定团队目标及优先级

Allocate project resources and define team goals and priorities

指导复杂技术问题决策DFMFMEA重大异常

Lead and guide decisions on complex technical issues (DFM FMEA major abnormalities)

2NPI与量产项目统筹 / NPI & Mass Production Program Management

统筹多个NPI项目推进跨产品线

Oversee multiple NPI programs across product lines

确保项目达成QCD目标质量/成本/交付

Ensure projects meet QCD targets (Quality Cost Delivery)

审批关键工程方案工艺成本风险

Review and approve key engineering solutions (process cost risk)

3跨部门协调与客户接口 / Cross-functional Coordination & Customer Interface

作为工程代表对接客户及内部PM/CFT团队

Act as the engineering representative interfacing with customers and internal PM/CFT teams

解决跨部门冲突及项目瓶颈问题

Resolve cross-functional conflicts and project bottlenecks

参与关键客户技术评审与DFM沟通

Participate in customer technical reviews and DFM discussions

4工程体系与标准化建设 / Engineering System & Standardization

推动工程流程标准化DFMECNBOM管理

Drive standardization of engineering processes (DFM ECN BOM control)

Establish and promote engineering best practices

Improve consistency and quality of engineering deliverables

5成本与效率管理 / Cost & Efficiency Management

主导重大降本项目模具优化工艺整合等

Lead major cost reduction projects (tooling optimization process integration)

优化资源利用率人力设备工艺

Optimize utilization of resources (manpower equipment processes)

推动制造效率改善自动化测试效率提升等

Drive manufacturing efficiency improvements (automation test efficiency etc.)

统筹FMEA与重大风险评估

Lead FMEA activities and major risk assessments

监控量产阶段技术风险

Monitor technical risks in mass production

主导重大客诉的技术分析与改善措施

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for major customer complaints

7人才培养与组织发展 / Talent Development & Organization Growth

培养25级工程师向技术或管理岗位发展

Develop Level 25 engineers toward technical or management career paths

Conduct performance evaluations and development planning

The experience were looking to add to our team:

本科及以上学历主修机械工程或自动控制或电气工程或电子技术

Bachelors degree or above Major in Mechanical engineering or Auto-matic control or Electrical engineering or Electronic technology

具有电气或工程机械技术中级职称或相关领域的专业知识

Intermediate professional title in electrical or construction ma-chinery technology or professional knowledge in related field

熟悉办公技能Auto CAD软件良好的英语读写能力

Familiar with office skills Auto CAD software. Proficient in both written and spoken English with effective communication skills. Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.

在电气箱组装机械组装或系统集成领域具备10年以上工作经验且拥有510年有36人团队管理经验.

At least 10 years of experience in electrical enclosure assembly mechanical assembly or system integration including 510 years of experience managing small to mid-sized engineering teams (36 members).
