Job Summary
Qualifications:
1.5-10 years of design experience in a component or product development environment preferred.
designing consumer products preferred.
applying technologies to create products or subsystems as part of larger product design.
with CAD tools; 3D modeling and FEA experience preferred.
knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Main responsibilities:
product design steps following core engineering practices and discipline.
project plan definitions to deliver solutions for critical success factors in a cross functional project management environment.
design documentation via engineering data management tools; communicate product and component design requirements.
product prototyping processes.
product validation processes.
investigate and drive cutting edge thinking to pursue industry innovative products processes and technology.
and interact with customers in a field support capacity.
