Process Engineer3

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure statistical process control yield and scrap cost tracking are established and maintained within the engineering subdivision to improve the process flow.
• Implement and develop yield improvements and perform troubleshooting of existing procedures where necessary.
• Enable and document improved process.
• Failure mode analysis for that subdivision and complete analysis in a timely fashion.

Qualification & Requirements

Education: Bachelor or above from Optical electrical automation or related subjects

5 years experience in working on optical components or modules.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent oral and written English is a must.

Solid skills needed in product failure analysis and data analysis.

Understand the mechanical drawing and basic design for jigs/fixtures.

Train technician to improve work skill.
