YOUR TASKS
1. Responsible for process characterization /creation/ optimization studies to determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements.

2. Responsible for respective production line quality.

3. Technical input for Work Instruction WI to ensure the technical accuracy of repeatability and stability.

4. Investigation and reporting of manufacturing process-related failures determining root cause.
调查报告与制造过程相关的失效发现根源
5. Drive quality yield improvements and cost improvement projects.
跟踪质量产量提高和成本改善项目
6. Work with internal / external equipment manufacturers or other assembly center to improve current manufacturing process and development.
与内外部设备制造商或其他装配线中心一道改善当前制造过程和开发
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1. University degree above major in electric or electronic.
本科以上学历电气或电子专业毕业(must)
2. 2 years working experience. Above 1 years experience of process control in a JV or MNC.
2年以上工作经验1年以上外资或合资工厂过程控制经验 (plus)
3. Process technology experience on plastic welding.
有注塑焊接工艺技术背景优先 (plus)
4. Experience in electronic or automotive area is preferred.
汽车电子或电气自动化领域工作经验优先 (plus)
5. Familiar with office software.
熟练使用办公软件 (must)
6. Good oral English.
熟练的英语口语能力 (must)
