Platform Project Manager for eCompressorPS-TS

Project management focus on

• Make project resource and budget plan according to the BP and CF target
• Manage project development schedule according to the target
• Make risk management and drive the teamwork to define the countermeasures
• Manage the product cost topics and lead the D2C project towards the target cost
• Moderate the project SE meetings and follow up the OPLs
• Guide the project team to follow project process
• Project management docs preparation e.g. O-chart PMP QG
• Support technical project manager on engineering topics e.g. problem solving
• Coordinate the cross-function topics e.g. purchasing pr

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree major in project management or engineering related domains
• > 3 years project management experience in product development for automotive products
• Basic knowledge of eCompressor development area
• Project Management knowledge
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong teamwork spirit
