工作职责
1. 持续跟进PCB制造领域的前沿技术动态定期向内部团队同步技术信息
2. 理解客户的产品路线图PCB设计特点与制造需求探索相关技术的研发方向
3. 主导高多层PCB的技术研发项目打造高速应用领域的前瞻性竞争力
4. 与客户协同提前介入产品开发阶段并协助现场工程团队完成能力建设
5. 联动多个职能部门推动差异化技术方案的落地实施

任职要求
1. 工程化学材料科学或相关专业本科及以上学历硕士学历优先
2. 至少10年PCB行业相关经验具备高速/高频电子产品高多层PCB覆铜板CCL或PCB化学制程相关经验有研发背景者优先
3. 具备项目管理经验
4. 具备优秀的中英文沟通能力
5. 熟悉高多层PCB制造工艺与可制造性设计DFM规范
6. 了解PCB制造环节对信号完整性性能的影响
7. 具备主动沟通意识能与同事及跨职能团队进行清晰高效的协作
