Responsibilities

现场的生产操作

1. 操作控制和监测运行中的生产设备和设施根据操作文件的要求及时记录显示的测量值以及分析结果对于超出范围的工艺指标进行初步的分析原因并且及时汇报
2. 负责现场的设备仪表和管线的检查监测对于发现的问题及时纠正或报告故障
3. 通过手动或进料设备将原材料辅助材料和回收材料供应和进料到工艺流程中;
4. 负责生产或者包装完成后的清洗清扫清场协助班组完成生产过程中的日常记录监控异常处理
5. 协助部门对安全或质量事件和偏差进行调查并执行纠正预防措施

现场装卸操作和公用工程设备操作

1. 原料卸车产品包装
2. 学习PID和各种操作手册熟练掌握各个设备的位置和正确的操作方法以及原理
3. 公用工程的现场操作包括使用防爆叉车电瓶叉车高位叉车协助完成仓库上下架管理温湿度管理仓库的待检成品放行不合格品等分区管理等

安全生产及5S

1. 学习执行安全规范以及要求各种物料的MSDSNear Miss 报告事故报告等
2. 在出现非正常情况时第一时间向领导汇报在工作中执行和贯彻5S要求等

其他

1. 每个班进行2次现场巡检记录各个设备的运行数据及时发现设备的异常情况并汇报
2. 参与车间试运行工作的实施积极参加车间部门及工厂培训努力提高岗位实操技能

服从上级领导其他的工作任务的安排

Requirements

高中或中专化工专业以上学历从事化工专业工作2年以上能读懂基本的英语
