Offerwall partnership, APAC (Contract)

The opportunity
Unitys Offerwall is one of the most exciting and fastest-growing products in the mobile ad tech industry helping advertisers and publishers unlock new revenue streams across APAC. Were looking for an Offerwall Partnerships Specialist to join our small but high-impact APAC team on a fixed-term contract basis supporting advertisers across the region with a primary focus on the Chinese market.

In this role youll work alongside our Client Partners as the go-to product expert helping advertisers get the most out of the Offerwall platform through hands-on campaign optimization performance analysis and onboarding support. Youll be mentored by an experienced team member and gain exposure to advertisers across multiple APAC markets giving you a unique opportunity to build deep expertise in mobile ad tech in a short period of time.

What youll be doing

• Support day-to-day campaign optimization and provide actionable recommendations to advertisers across the APAC region with a primary focus on China
• Analyze Offerwall performance data (ROAS funnel conversion publisher-level reporting) to surface insights and growth opportunities for the Client Partner team
• Guide advertisers through onboarding dashboard usage and campaign setup including MMP integrations (Appsflyer Adjust Singular) and campaign types (CPA MR-CPE DR-CPE)
• Partner closely with the Chinese Client Partner team to drive product adoption and support upsell opportunities
• Maintain proactive clear communication with the team across China and Japan sharing updates and escalating issues in a timely manner

What were looking for

• Working knowledge of Offerwall or hands-on experience with comparable mobile ad tech products
• Familiarity with MMP integrations (Appsflyer Adjust Singular) and campaign types (CPA MR-CPE DR-CPE)
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable optimization recommendations
• Business-level English proficiency with the ability to engage directly with clients and communicate clearly across remote cross-border teams
• Strong communication and reporting skills to operate effectively in a remote setup reporting to a manager based in Japan

You might also have

• Hands-on experience with the Tapjoy Offerwall platform specifically
• Background in mobile gaming or app advertising
• Proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools for self-serve data analysis
• Proficiency in Japanese or Korean to support clients in those markets
• Track record of identifying upsell opportunities or supporting account expansion

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors including geographic location and the candidates relevant experience professional background and skill set.
