Mechanical Application Engineer

• Provide site support and remote support for troubleshooting. 提供现场支持或远程支持来解决现场问题
• Technical clarification issue collection with Clusters in different regions. 和各个不同地区的技术服务团队进行技术澄清以及问题的收集
• Conduct and track in-house test and field test by following up conversion kits rolling out process. 根据改造件推出的流程执行并跟踪内部测试和现场测试
• Create DOE to analyze and identify root cause and solution of difficult issues. 制定试验方案通过测试能够分析并识别问题的根本原因和方案
• Create the technical report (travel report IAM report validation test report). 创建技术报告包括出差报告IAM 报告验证测试报告等
• Communicate and collaborate with the mechanical teams system teams from the global E&A and R&D departments. 能够与德国应用以及研发部门的机械团队和系统团队进行技术沟通与协作
• Regularly check and control technical documentation in CMD system update if necessary. 定期检查并控制在CMD中的技术文档如有必要需更新
• Participation of LPB (Liquid Paper Board) development focusing on system robustness testing methods and supporting market launch. 参与包装纸盒的研发关注系统稳定性测试方法和支持市场投放

• Familiar with SIG filling system for at least 5 years熟悉康美包灌装机系统至少有5年时间
• Process and measurement engineering - Good knowledge in basic mechanics syste.过程控制和测量工程良好的基础机械知识
• Self-motivated and highly ambitious上进心强并且有远大的目标
• Creative problem solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills具有创造性解决问题的能力以及良好的故障诊断和排除能力
