• Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement annual promotion strategy plans in line with the Groups brand promotion strategy.
  2. Organize and execute various marketing and promotional activities of the company.
  3. Manage and control the departmental cost budget.
  4. Handle matters related to venue and advertising space leasing.
  5. Maintain public and media relations.
  6. Develop and drive the implementation of CRM management strategies including VIP programs.
  7. Manage the companys daily operations on online platforms such as Weibo and WeChat.
  8. Organize and conduct market research and analysis.
  9. Provide daily work guidance training and motivation to subordinates leading the team to work effectively.
  10. Communicate and consult with department heads within the Group.
  11. Travel as required by work and departmental needs.
  12. Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

  Job Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree or above from a full-time accredited university.
  2. At least 10 years of professional experience including a minimum of 5 years in a large advertising agency or brand marketing/promotions role with experience in team management.
  3. Familiarity with various marketing and promotional activities; strong creativity planning skills and keen market insight.
  4. Extensive knowledge of media channels and the ability to maintain strong relationships with relevant media partners.
  5. Creative and innovative mindset with strong networking and social engagement capabilities.
  6. Excellent business negotiation skills as well as outstanding communication and coordination abilities.
