Job Summary
Overall technical coordination for the development of xEV product
Support pursuit business as main customer technical interface and internal coordination to prepare the deliverables during quote phase
Key Accountabilities
l Main interface to customer and program production issues
l Define project scope tools
l Define the key project milestone and each task plan
l Responsible for tracking the changes risks and issues
l BLR tracking with all DLs for MEC SW EE related section
l Prepare the EDD for NBO phase and overall changes tracking the spending
l Define the DRSC for each sample status including internal and customer delivery
l Resource coordination in cross function of engineering (Rig prototype ENG effort)
Qualifications & Requirements
l Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required
l At least 5 years experience in electrical or hybrid powertrain development is required
l Basic knowledge of system development and concept design electrical or hybrid powertrain is required
l Good knowledge and experience work for the program following ASPICE development especially familiar with SYS.1 SYS.2 SYS.3
l Good knowledge to utilize Polaron Jira system
l Good cooperation communication and organization capabilities
l Good written and spoken English is required
