Job Summary

The QA Process Engineer supports product and process quality by improving quality systems monitoring process performance and partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce defects strengthen compliance and drive continuous improvement.

What you will do
  • Monitor and analyze process quality performance including defect trends deviations and non-conformances
  • Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions for quality issues
  • Partner with production engineering supply chain and R&D to improve process capability and product consistency
  • Maintain and improve quality procedures standards and control plans
  • Support internal audits external audits and regulatory or customer quality requirements
  • Track quality KPIs and prepare reports on process performance and improvement actions
  • Help validate process changes to ensure quality and compliance are maintained
  • Drive continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction process stability and risk prevention
  • Support training and guidance for operators or team members on quality standards and process controls
We believe you have
  • Bachelors degree in engineering manufacturing chemistry or a related field
  • Strong data analysis problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
