工作内容
1.遵守公司各项规章制度和要求
2.按照安全质量工艺设备等作业指导书作业方法或规章制度进行生产相关活动
3.按章正确使用各类设备设施及工装夹具刀具检具器具吊具等各类使用工具发现问题及时汇报
4.负责现场5S保持工作区域整洁
5.积极参加各类班组会议培训
6.按照要求填写各类报表记录如日报表自检表交接班记录点检表等并保持表格的清洁对所填写的内容负责
7.服从工作安排保质保量完成上级布置的任务
8.根据上级的指导共同完成既定指标
9.积极提出合理化建议并配合其他人进行实施共同提高公司产品的竞争力
10.完成上级安排的其他工作
岗位要求
中技及以上学历
3年以上重工装配经验从事水电装配经验优先
钳工中级以上证书
适应倒班
经过培训能理解相关的工作文件质量要求和流程如作业指导书图纸检查表记录表等并可有效填写各类报表记录
能够熟练使用装配工具根据图纸工艺要求完成相关装配工作配合能力强装配作业完成后能按照装配作业技术要求检查是否已达到尺寸要求
根据实际情况如实填写相关产品质量检查表具备以口头形式清晰地表达问题的能力具备产品质量意识如发现问题及时向上级报告
身心健康工作细心具备很强的安全意识及团队合作精神听从领班的合理的指挥操作
