Job Summary
Tasks and Duties
To reconcile payment statements from service providers weekly or monthly;
To prepare daily payments;
To record VAT input and VAT input transfer out when doing payments;
To receive inter-company billings;
To prepare monthly closing reconcile GL accounts and do P&L analysis;
To assist internal and external audit;
To assist annual fixed assets count;
To take up additional accounting tasks as required to meet the Companys needs.
Qualifications :
University or equivalent qualification with accounting disciplines.
1-3 years relevant experience;
ACCA CPA or Intermediate Accounting Certificate Holder is-
preferred. Good Excel Skill.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Team Player willing to learn.
Hardworking self-driven and work with efficiency.
Willing to work overtime during month-end period.
