Engineering SpecialistExpert HC

• This is a combined role of both R&D engineering and product quality expert.  

• Systematically collect customer demands and inputs for product develop competitive OEM product concept and product specification together with product manager and purchasing. 

• Translate product requirements from product management into technical language and specifications.  

• Conduct relevant product benchmarking to support the sourcing process. 

• Conduct problem solving for product development technical bottlenecks.  

• Set up product quality and reliability test plan. Validate the execution of the test plan.  

• Product technical risk assessment and preventive action implementation participate and release DFMEA / PFMEA. 

• Make sure product meet relevant legal & Safety requirements in target markets.  

• Support European team solving the field complaint during the mass production stage.  

• Develop product function module and system concept with purchasing and suppliers calculate simulate and verify the design and specified product functions to insure market launch.  

• Drawings standards and technical documents management and control. 

Qualifications :

• B.E/ Masters in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering. 

• 5 years experience in System engineering in home appliance area (Residential Air Conditioning / residential heating is preferred). 

• Strong knowledge in household appliances engineering systems 

• Strong knowledge of product testing standards means and methods.   

• Strong knowledge in European standard for Air Conditioner product preferred 

• Proficient in drawing engineering analysis and product system integration design. 

• Solid knowledge of engineering quality methods: FMEA 8D and similar.  

• Proficient Knowledge in Engineering related software such as Altium / MATLab / MiniTab AutoCAD / UG etc. 

• Language: native in Chinese and fluent in English (both written and verbal).
