二任职资格

教育程度大学本科及以上学历

工作经验 1年及以上相关工作经验或优秀应届毕业生

专业技能要求具备较丰富的管理类专业知识及机械类专业知识熟悉GPMS 项目管理流程及门关/里程碑评审需求

能力要求较丰富的质量管理工作经验和较强的质量分析及故障的处理能力具备机械专业知识熟悉公司产品内部管理程序具备良好的组织管理能力有较好的英语基础(听说读写流利)和良好的交际应变谈判公关能力

其他特殊要求具备环境职业健康安全管理体系所需的相应能力熟悉Mafact MQS 条款及运行方式

*如有相关工作经验或者表现优异或应届毕业生表现优异者以上任职资格要求可适当放宽

四主要岗位职责

1执行GPMS流程

及时完成KP06交付物依据GPMS流程要求和标准进行项目文件的评审评审发现项的改善跟进 .参与质量会议参与顾客的重大质量汇报会议了解客户关切推进内部质量改善已满足不断提升的客户满意度要求跟进项目保证计划的目标要求监控项目阶段的产品质量表现跟进及改进措施的执行

3在项目组中代表质量职能

参加每周PCT会议及月度项目评审会议与工厂质量制定检具策划和需求跟进检具的采购和到位与工厂质量SQM等部门策划新项目的质量成本和需求含如外检检具三包试验车SQM差旅费等归口报给PM 作为gate keeper评审变更的各个环节及任务完成情况质量相关信息及其改进状况

4 项目质量问题

负责项目质量问题的跟进改善依照样机制造管理流程样机生产跟踪若需要时出厂检验报告

总成判定

5. PPAP提交

与客户确认产品 PPAP的交付要求 PPAP交付的策划与跟进 PPAP提交物的评审及评审发现项的改进 PSW签发

6遵守与执行体系要求

1遵循国家和政府有关劳动合同产品质量环境保护职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求

2负责本业务范围的质量环境职业健康安全管理工作

7领导交办的其他业务
