Job Summary
Job Description
- Documentation Standardization
- Maintain global documentation standards including templates naming conventions versioning rules and formatting guidelines
- Drive the adoption and implementation of documentation standards across the engineering teams
- Document Optimization
- Review technical documents (e.g. design documents test reports SOPs) for consistency completeness and compliance with standards
- Identify gaps and propose improvements in structure terminology and readability
- Document Lifecycle Management
- Manage document version control and change management processes
- Ensure proper document release archiving and updates throughout the lifecycle
- Tools and Platform Management
- Maintain and optimize document management systems (TC SharePoint...)
- Support the implementation of standardization tools and automation solutions
