Job Summary

Job Description

  • Documentation Standardization
    • Maintain global documentation standards including templates naming conventions versioning rules and formatting guidelines
    • Drive the adoption and implementation of documentation standards across the engineering teams
  • Document Optimization
    • Review technical documents (e.g. design documents test reports SOPs) for consistency completeness and compliance with standards
    • Identify gaps and propose improvements in structure terminology and readability
  • Document Lifecycle Management
    • Manage document version control and change management processes
    • Ensure proper document release archiving and updates throughout the lifecycle
  • Tools and Platform Management
    • Maintain and optimize document management systems (TC SharePoint...)
    • Support the implementation of standardization tools and automation solutions
