岗位职责
- 协助商务团队完成日常业务支持工作包括数据整理文件归档合同管理等
- 协助进行信息的收集与分析
- 协助组织和协调部门会议并做好会议纪要
- 协助跟进客户需求项目进展及相关沟通协调工作
- 完成领导交办的其他临时性工作
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历在读专业不限商科经济管理类相关专业优先
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神工作细致认真责任心强
- 熟练使用Office办公软件WordExcelPPT等
- 具备较强的学习能力和执行力
- 每周可实习3天及以上实习期不少于3个月者优先
