1. 大专以上学历
2.具备5年及以上机械制造行业相关工作经验精通编程熟练掌握UG/masterCAM编程软件能够独立元成复杂零件的编程与调机工作
3. 熟悉各种工程塑料加工特性合成石POM铁氟龙波纤板PMMA等材料
4. 熟悉三菱法兰克西门子品牌数控系统具备相关设备操作经验
5. 熟练使用UG软件或其他制图软件建模改图
6.熟悉刀具夹具量具的选用与使用了解加工工艺流程及质量控制要点
7熟悉各种机加工零配件的工时评估及报价

岗位职责
1. CNC机台产能的合理分配最优化的提高产能
2. 刀路编程考虑材料合理布局和加工时间的优化
3. 配合技术团队完成产品加工过程中的技术指导与问题处理确保产品质量符合标准
4. 参与非标零件的加工工艺设计结合实际生产情况对加工方案进行优化和改进
5熟悉数控加工中心车床及各类数控设备的操作流程能够独立完成调试与试切工作
6负责编制加工工艺文件包括刀具路径夹具选用量具使用说明等提升生产效率与加工精度
7协助PM项目管理人员进行生产进度跟踪与协调确保项目按时交付
