Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Suzhou SIP.

Reporting to the Sr. IT Manager the Business Systems Analyst role involves

What a typical day looks like:

• Providing technical expertise in identifying evaluating writing the specification and working with Enterprise Architect as well as Solution Manager to meet customer and site needs
• Determine required improvements on the systems supervising its correct implementation to meet customers requirements
• Assist with the determination of methods and procedures on new assignments
• Write functional and technical specifications for development
• Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Deployment of Flex standard applications
• Communicate work progress and all (work related) pertinent information in an accurate and timely manner to the Team Lead and Project Manager.

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• Functional knowledge education background on Systems or industrial engineer Computer science programming or related careers
• College or above majored in IT Engineering or related
• 2 years working experiences in ERP(Baan LN etc) logistic processes supply chain in the manufacturing industry
• Good abilities for English speaking and listening.
• Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
• Able to work well in projects with tight timeline and manage a small team of key users.
• Knowledge in SQL team focus Desirable knowledge in Jira and confluence.
• Willing to travel at least 1-2 times a month
