主要工作职责:

依据公司的整体政策合理制定及实施区域内的广阔零售分销策略包括目标市场圈定及潜力测算目标零售终端策略规划及分层管理经销分销网络设计规划贸易政策规划等 根据策略制定各区域广阔零售市场业务发展计划通过辖区经销商的管理完成公司管理销售指标并确保其达成提升市场占有率提高对本区域广阔零售终端市场的掌控能力 与公司总部及区域相关职能部门保持密切协调与配合积极推动生意健康持续发展 费用管理在直线经理的指导下在授权范围内合理规划使用管理渠道投资预算追踪管理确保期内应收应付账目平衡 区域客户总部和分部的沟通维护客户良好的客户合作关系管理所辖区域客户的收益率包括合同条款执行费用控制和促销评估等定期与客户的业务部门进行业务回顾 负责所辖区域内广阔零售客户的开发维护与管理包括提高市场份额品牌渗透新品分销与成长价值链维护销售渠道归拢市场活动执行销售数据分析市场信息收集与反馈持续扩大本公司产品在终端的市场销售份额品牌可见度及影响力与客户建立并形成长期的战略合作伙伴关系 支持区域内RTM的策略推进和计划推进推动区域业务在广阔及下沉市场的健康增长 直线经理安排的其他销售相关工作

任职条件:

• 大学专科或以上学历医药市场营销或相关专业
• 具有3年以上药品或消费品销售工作大客户管理经验和渠道管理经验
• 熟悉本公司产品及竞争产品市场情况和相关政策法规
• 掌握商业渠道销售的工作环节运作特点具备一定的供应链管理的知识
• 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件包括Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)等
• 优秀的销售能力
• 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
• 具有一定逻辑思维和市场分析能力
