工作职责
- 实现车间指标
根据车间计划和领班的指导下共同完成车间的KPI指标如安全合格率OTD计划完成率生产效率生产利用率
- 完成岗位任务
根据岗位指导文件SOP FPYIASTPM指导书等和领班的要求合格地完成本工位的工作任务包括制造5SOpex点检设备与工具检查产品质量填写相应表格等
- 质量控制与报告
根据岗位指导文件SOP质量检查表合格品模板对半成品或者成品进行有效的质量检查如实地填写检查数据若发现异常时应及时按照NCR流程汇报给领班
协助领班或其他部门解决产品的质量问题
- 持续改进与其他
协助领班完成其他临时性任务针对安全质量工艺过程提出合理化建议并配合其他人进行实施共同提高公司产品的竞争力
