项目背景

我们正在推进一个基于 RFID 的全链路商品追踪项目

• R1 已完成RFID 采购履约EPC 编码生成/作废等核心能力已上线
• R2 正在推进聚焦大仓 & 门店场景覆盖收货补/改标销售/退货EPC 状态流转等高价值业务

团队已有成熟 Java 技术栈与 Tech Lead 把控整体架构本岗位重点负责 R2 业务功能交付与系统集成联调

岗位职责

后端业务开发

• 基于现有 Spring Boot 微服务MySQL MongoDB Redis开发并维护 API
• 按需开发新的后台服务支撑 RFID 相关业务场景

系统集成与联调

• 对接 RFID 硬件平台读写器POS门店设备等完成接口开发与协议适配
• 对接外部系统WMS / OMS /电商渠道保障数据一致性与可追溯性

质量保障

• 编写单元测试与集成测试参与 Code Review
• 配合 QA 复现定位并修复缺陷

现场与远程问题排查

• 参与大仓 / 门店测试环境或现场联调
• 快速定位接口异常数据不一致等问题推动闭环解决

任职要求

必备条件

• 本科及以上学历计算机相关专业3 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验
• 熟练使用 Spring Boot熟悉 MySQLMongoDBRedis 的使用与常见问题排查
• 有实际接口开发经验能独立完成 RESTful API 设计与实现
• 具备基本的系统问题排查能力日志分析SQL 调试缓存问题定位等
• 良好的沟通协作意识能在跨团队项目中主动推进问题解决

加分项

• 有 RFID / IoT / 硬件对接经验了解 EPC标签状态流转等业务概念
• 有电商中台WMS / OMS / ERP 对接经验
• 对系统架构有一定理解能参与技术方案讨论与设计
• 有现场实施或客户联调经验抗压能力强
