3. 业务能力深耕汽车用研业务熟悉各类定性定量方法精通汽车用研体系
4. 团队管理能力擅长交付团队管理与人才带教
5. 客户与商务能力具备优秀的沟通汇报需求挖掘能力可长期维系核心客户关系提升复购率
6. 综合素养目标感强抗压性和应变性优秀具备良好的团队协作与管理意识
7. 工具能力熟练使用办公软件常规调研工具及AI工具
8. 语言能力英文沟通读写流利可支撑海外项目对接者优先
