主要工作职责 (Main Responsibilities)

1. 负责电子银行系统主要针对企业网银企业微信和手机银行的日常开发和运维工作根据需求开发新功能以及日常系统问题修复确保系统运行稳定支持业务发展

2. 遵循银行的变更管理流程负责系统的问题处理和技术升级等相关工作

3. 支持项目和系统变更建设包括用户需求分析提高技术咨询技术方案和测试工作并负责上线事宜

4. 支持母行的团队和国内其它相关部门的工作符合预算成本合同外包审计考核培训风险灾备和信息安全等日常工作要求

5. 遵循银行及监管的管理和流程要求执行风险防范措施实施关键风险点控制

6. 管理和协调供应商提高代码开发质量以及版本控制满足工作安排和进度要求并遵循银行安全及风险控制要求

任职资格 (Incumbents Requirements)

学历及专业资格要求

• 大学本科及以上学历信息科技相关专业
• 获得PMP或ITIL证书者优先考虑

知识与技能要求

• 熟悉电子银行某一或全部的应用系统
• 熟悉DockerKubernetesOpen Shift技术架构及实现原理熟悉Spring CloudDubboIstio等微服务框架熟悉Redis Kafka 等常见中间件或精通前端技术如ReactVue全家桶NodeJs等相关技术
• 熟悉JAVAPython等开发语言熟悉PGOracleMysql等主流数据库技术
• 善于利用AI辅助设计开发以及代码质量把控
• 良好的英文沟通能力

相关工作经验要求

• 3年以上相关系统开发经验
• 具备外资银行工作经验者优先考虑
• 具备相关系统开发经验或系统测试者优先考虑
• 具有AI或者微服务经验者优先考虑

职位所需的特殊要求

• 熟悉银行产品特点和营运操作流程
• 熟悉软件开发生命周期SDLC模型

其它

• 了解并遵循银行规定的信息安全标准和方针及监管电子银行安全要求
• 有较强责任心和进取心较强的学习能力分析判断能力和沟通能力端正的工作态度
