MAJOR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

Day-to-day operations

1. Responsible for handling invoices and payment requests related to accounts payable reviewing them and ensuring that this process is based on solid financial and tax knowledge as well as the companys internal control compliance.

2. Make sure the quality of handling payment cycle accounting vouchers and report preparation as well as properly filing related documents and finish everything on time.

3. Communicate well and work closely with team members and other business departments to make sure related business processes are carried out effectively and properly.

Reporting and Analysis:

4. To Prepare and perform internal management reports relating to OH expenses by diving to the root cause and cost-drivers;

5. To make contribution to other reporting preparation & submission in a timely and accurate manner.

6. To keep updates of China related tax regulations and pick up key points that may impact daily operations.

Projects as needed:

7. Small projects which could help to enhance improvement on procedures and internal control of Purchasing & AP cycle;

8. Provide support for the internal and external audit by providing required information and addressing questions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* BA/BS degree or above in Finance related subject preferable with CPA/CMA/ACCA;

* At least 3 years experience in Finance function;

* No less than 2 years as AP accountant preferable with financial analysis and budgeting.

KNOWLDEGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* Mastery in MS Office System; ERP knowledge will be a plus (such as SAP BI Hyperion etc);

* Highly analytical detail oriented and result focus;

* Good bi-lingual communication skills both verbal and written;

* Good interpersonal skill and a team player;

* Take initiative in day-to-day work environment.

* Work independently to organize & prioritize demands and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
