职位职责
- 协助通过指定渠道接收记录分类和跟踪来自医疗卫生专业人士罗氏员工和患者的医学问询
- 基于经批准的资料和模板协助起草准确平衡客观且及时的答复所有对外答复须经授权团队成员审核批准后方可发送
- 在问询处理中协助识别潜在药物警戒PV相关信息按照SOP及时上报并支持相关记录和转交
- 协助编写和更新常见问题的本地医学信息标准答复并维护基于疾病领域的医学信息知识库
- 开展常规桌面和文献检索支持竞品情报CI更新及医学/科学前沿进展跟踪整理信息来源并形成简明摘要
- 支持医学问询数据的清洗分类和基础分析协助准备常规半年度或按需的问询分析报告
- 支持MI相关项目流程/文档优化及内部利益相关方协调确保数据质量信息保密和合规并完成导师安排的其他MI内勤支持工作
- 支持协助团队和导师指定的其他工作任务
