Generate and develop opportunities through customer visits technical presentations seminars networking and close collaboration with account managers and channel partners.

Understand customer purification workflows and business challenges recommend appropriate ÄKTA systems configurations and workflow solutions and clearly translate technical advantages into customer value.

Lead product selection demonstrations sample testing and technical evaluations; track trial results and support customers through technical specification bidding and purchasing decisions.

Build strong relationships with scientists process-development teams key opinion leaders and decision makers at strategic and key accounts.

Provide advanced technical and application support product training and troubleshooting to customers sales teams and channel partners maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collect and communicate market trends competitive intelligence unmet customer needs and emerging application opportunities; recommend actions that strengthen positioning and support business growth.

Maintain accurate opportunity forecast and customer-interaction information in relevant company systems and provide regular visibility of pipeline progress risks and required actions.

Act as a subject-matter expert for Lab ÄKTA share best practices enable internal teams and coach less-experienced product specialists when required.
