工作职责

1. 负责无锡恒隆广场办公楼的租赁工作完成租赁业绩指标
2. 负责寻找筛选引入办公楼租户并跟进租赁合同的洽谈与签订
3. 负责协调租户管理工作包括进场装修开业退租流转等相关事项
4. 处理租户相关日常运营相关的事务及时处理租户提出的问题并妥善解决
5. 维护良好租户关系确保租户租金按时缴纳无坏账
6. 提供办公楼租户优质服务体验确保优质租户的稳定性和续租率
7. 负责写字楼市场调研工作收集目标客户的资料及动态
8. 根据公司流程规范要求准确高效各项文件的流转归档和盘点
9. 及时完成部门要求的数据整理和汇总工作
10. 按要求完成上级交办的其他工作

基本要求

1. 大学本科或以上学历市场营销管理等专业更佳英语表达流利
2. 5-6年或以上相关工作经验
3. 对在高档办公楼租赁领域发展有浓厚的兴趣并具备相应的市场调研能力
4. 具备独立拓展能力熟悉办公楼租赁代理机构或有办公楼租赁经验者优先
5. 乐观敬业思维灵活良好的沟通与协调能力
6. 性格开朗热情细致耐心勤奋
