Job Summary

At WHO&Co. we are leading the search for a Talent Acquisition Consultant on behalf of a leading multinational company.

We are looking for a professional with a strong consulting mindset capable of acting as a strategic business partner by advising leaders on talent acquisition and leading high-impact recruitment processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes for professional specialist and leadership positions.

  • Advise leaders and stakeholders on role definition sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.

  • Design and implement direct search and specialized sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

  • Analyze the labor market talent acquisition trends and candidate availability to develop effective sourcing strategies and advise the business.

  • Monitor and analyze Talent Acquisition metrics generating insights that support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

  • Prepare executive reports and present data-driven insights to internal clients and stakeholders.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives process optimization and Talent Acquisition projects.



Requisitos

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.

  • Consulting experience gained within a Big Four firm (Deloitte PwC EY or KPMG) in areas related to Talent Acquisition Human Capital or People Consulting.

  • Experience leading recruitment processes for professional specialist and/or leadership positions.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a consultative environment.

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent sourcing tools.
