Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee TOMRA Foods Field Service and Warehouse Operations across LATAM. In this role you will lead regional Field Service teams ensuring optimal spare parts availability and operational excellence across multiple countries.
You will define and execute service strategies that strengthen customer relationships increase service reach and deliver long-term value. Working closely with Sales Supply Chain Finance and Customer Service teams you will align operations with business priorities and ensure seamless execution of installations service agreements and field activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the delivery of Field Service operations across the region ensuring compliance with TOMRAs technical quality and HSE standards.
- Driving service performance by monitoring KPIs forecasting and leading operational improvements.
- Leading warehouse and inventory operations to optimize material flow distribution and accuracy through TOMRA facilities and logistics partners.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery warehouse productivity and parts availability.
- Managing regional budgets business forecasts and financial performance measures.
- Translating strategic objectives into measurable plans fostering collaboration across functions and using data insights for decision-making.
- Leading coaching and developing supervisors and technical teams for performance safety and succession readiness.
- Promoting a culture of accountability inclusion and continuous improvement across all functions.
Regular travel across LATAM and occasional international trips will be required.

Qualifications :
Must-have:
- Degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Supply Chain or a related discipline.
- Broad business leadership experience with exposure to operations service commercial and financial areas.
- 5 years in regional or multi-site leadership roles with budget and performance accountability.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish to collaborate effectively across the region.
- Track record leading operational or service-oriented teams with accountability for people customer outcomes and financial results.
- Proven ability to lead through supervisors and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations and markets.
- Skilled at simplifying complex processes and driving sustainable improvements.
- Ability to interpret operational and financial data to drive decisions.
- Strong strategic and commercial judgment with a multi-country mindset.
- Cultural awareness and ability to build trust across LATAM markets.
Learnable in role:
- Familiarity with agroindustry post-harvest food processing or packaging environments.
- MBA or postgraduate business education (beneficial but not mandatory).
