Job Summary

Position Description:

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18-32/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Candidate Analysis and Preparation

Analyze resumes based on required criteria;
Communicate with candidates to gather relevant information;
Validate that candidate profiles meet mandatory requirements;
Prepare complete candidate submission packages including:
oFormatted resume;
oCompliance matrix;
oDiplomas and certifications;
oRequired forms.

Management Cycle Follow-Up

Track candidate submissions through to the client interview stage;
Maintain communication with stakeholders;
Ensure deadlines are met;
Document follow-ups and decisions.

Contribution to Business Proposals

Contribute to drafting content that demonstrates the organizations expertise and capabilities;
Update content libraries;
Tailor content to specific client needs.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technical Skills
Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
Good understanding of evaluation criteria in a government context;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365;
Ability to work with artificial intelligence tools.

Interpersonal Skills
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness;
Excellent ability to manage priorities;
Strong customer service orientation;
Proactive approach;
Strong interpersonal skills including interactions with candidates and internal teams.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role which involves interactions with both national and international clients.
