The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution and operational performance within an assigned area or shift in a KuehneNagel Contract Logistics facility operating under a 4PL model. While warehouse activities are primarily performed by a 4PL partner the Supervisor acts as KuehneNagels on-floor representative ensuring operations are executed safely efficiently and in accordance with KPIs SOPs and customer requirements.

• Coordinate daily operations to ensure alignment with operational plans priorities and schedules.
• Monitor shift performance including throughput service levels quality backlog management start-up activities and shift handovers.
• Serve as the primary KuehneNagel contact for 4PL shift and area leads.
• Ensure appropriate staffing skill coverage and adherence to established processes and procedures.
• Address execution issues and escalate operational risks or performance concerns as required.
• Promote compliance with KuehneNagel safety quality and environmental standards.
• Monitor safe work practices and address unsafe conditions or behaviors to maintain a compliant workplace.
• Identify and resolve operational issues affecting service productivity or quality; support root cause analysis and ensure timely communication and escalation of service-impacting concerns.
• Track and validate operational KPIs and shift performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide clear feedback on performance issues and follow-up actions.
• Identify process gaps inefficiencies and recurring operational challenges; support and sustain continuous improvement initiatives ensuring updated procedures and SOPs are consistently followed by the 4PL partner.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in French and English (English-speaking clients)
• Experience working in outsourced managedservices or contract logistics environments.
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes and operational KPIs.
• Ability to coordinate work and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Manager
