Job Title: UX/UI Front-End Engineer React & TypeScript

Role Summary
We are seeking a UX/UI Front-End Engineer with strong expertise in React TypeScript UX/UI design component design systems and modern front-end development. The ideal candidate will combine user-centered design expertise with hands-on front-end engineering skills to build responsive accessible scalable and high-performing web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-centered responsive and interactive web interfaces using React and modern web technologies.
- Build reusable and scalable UI components and design systems.
- Develop and document components using Storybook.
- Implement state management and optimize front-end application performance.
- Collaborate with product managers stakeholders designers and backend teams to translate requirements into functional user experiences.
- Create wireframes prototypes and UI designs using Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar tools.
- Apply UX/UI user-centered design design thinking interaction design and usability best practices.
- Conduct or support user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Implement accessibility best practices and ensure WCAG compliance.
- Optimize applications for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
- Maintain design systems component libraries and front-end development standards.
- Document design specifications reusable components and development guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Redux TanStack state management and front-end performance optimization.
- Strong experience building reusable components and design systems.
- Experience with Storybook for component development and documentation.
- Strong understanding of UX principles user research design thinking wireframing and prototyping.
- Proficiency with Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of HTML CSS responsive design and accessibility/WCAG.
- Experience with Git/version control.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating both UX design and front-end/UI development experience.
