Turnaround Planner

As a Turnaround Planner at FLINT youll be responsible for planning and scheduling industrial turnarounds ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. 

What would you be doing

• Develop and lead a detailed turnaround schedule to analyze projects. Ensure all scheduled work adheres to safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate the initiation phase of construction and clarify all details relating to planning scheduling and scope of work by using lead lag critical path and milestones.
• Oversee project progress and productivity recognize areas of concern and propose prompt and effective solutions.
• Manage external service providers and supplier coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of turnaround planning experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project Primavera P6 and SAP.
• Strong understanding of different trade work scopes in an open shop environment.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
