Territory Manager-Compression and Vascular Solutions
Job Summary
- Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy that strengthens relationships with existing customers while identifying new market opportunities across Alberta Saskatchewan British Columbia and Yukon.
- Build relationships with physicians therapists medical professionals and referral sources by educating them on product indications clinical applications and patient benefits.
- Conduct product training and educational programs with dealer partners and clinical stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at regional conferences educational events and industry meetings.
- A university degree in Kinesiology Sport Science Health Sciences Business or a related discipline is preferred and would be beneficial.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a competitive market demonstrating success in developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
- Experience in healthcare medical device rehabilitation vascular or related industries is an asset.
- Competitive mindset similar to a varsity or professional athlete.
- Strong territory planning and account development skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Entrepreneurial approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory.
- Residing in the Greater Calgary area would be preferred.
