Youll turn RFP issuers technical and business requirements into clear winning proposals across our managed services cybersecurity data centre and technical support portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Review daily portal publications to identify suitable RFPs
- Work with engineering security and operations experts to understand requirements
- Draft proposal content including executive summaries solution descriptions methodologies timelines and supporting documentation
- Translate managed services and cybersecurity solutions into clear client-facing language
- Build and maintain a library of reusable proposal content and templates
- Edit and proofread proposals to ensure that every response is complete compliant and persuasive
- Support the creation of related content such as presentations and client-facing materials
WHAT YOU BRING
- A minimum of three years drafting proposals or technical documentation ideally for IT services or cybersecurity
- Excellent written and verbal English and a talent for making complex topics understandable
- Strong attention to detail and editing/proofreading ability
- Experience using style guides and creating impactful presentations
- Strong organization and the discipline to manage multiple bids under deadlines
- Working knowledge of basic IT managed services cloud and security concepts.
- Bachelors degree in Technical Communication English IT or a related field
